Mission Advantage offering mock interviews to nonprofit talent during COVID-19

The COVID-19 outbreak is hitting the workforce hard, and especially the nonprofit sector.

If you or someone you know is a nonprofit professional that has been impacted by COVID-19 and is preparing to interview or just trying to stay sharp, Mission Advantage Recruiting will be conducting 15-minute mock interviews every Friday for the foreseeable future. Our team will use behavioral questions to get candidates thinking about ways to articulate their inherent skills and professional aptitude. Our hope is to provide a valuable exercise to help nonprofit talent work out their interview jitters.

When asked about the program, Mission Advantage’s lead recruiter, John Glynn, replied: “It is our small way to give back and make a positive impact during this really difficult time. Furthermore, we get to meet talented professionals in the nonprofit space – I love hearing about their passion for mission.”
